Our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy

Our commitment is to deliver the best customer experience possible. Our aim is to make the return process as simple and convenient as possible.

  1. You have up to 30 days from delivery date to returns any goods purchased from Audab UK.
  2. Contact our customer services team ( with details of why you want to return the goods and make sure to include your order number.
  3. We will get back to you with further instructions on how to return the goods or rectify your issue.
  4. We may arrange a collection or send you a shipping label if the return is due to a fault on our part. However, you will be responsible for covering return shipping cost and sending the product back to us in case of remorse return (Read below)
  5. Once we’ve received the goods and ensure all is in order, a refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should be in the original packaging and free of scratches, strong odors, or any signs of use. We reserve the right to deny any return if the item does not meet these requirements.

Return Process: Start your return by contacting us at Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send back your item. In some cases we may opt to arrange a collection, particularly for heavy large items. Please note, returns sent to us without prior approval will not be processed.

Return Shipping Cost: Should the return be a customer remorse, such as a change of mind or mistakenly ordering an incorrect size, the customer will bear the return shipping cost. 

In situations where the return is due to an error on our part - for instance, if the delivered item is different from what you ordered or if you receive a defective or faulty product - we will either cover the return shipping cost or arrange a collection from your location. Our priority will always be to rectify any errors as swiftly and smoothly as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Partial Refunds: In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This applies to items not in their original condition, damaged items, or items missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item received without its original packaging.

Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email notification confirming receipt and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days.
